One of my best sellers next to the NBS. Both the Woodsman and Ranger share the same contoured handle for comfort and long hours of use. The two designs are different only because of the blade profile. In the case of the Woodsman the tip is on center with the body of the handle giving it a more pronounced point. Some people prefer a tip on center for piercing and  carving chores. A lower tip also allows for quicker tip engagement during tracing and drawing cuts. Overall the weight and cutting ability are identical to the Ranger. A sturdy full tang construction  it comes with a .250 inch (6.35 mm) lanyard hole and a desire to be used.
